We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our practice questions, mock exams, tools, and dashboards for personal career preparation. Commercial resale of our questions, mock exams, or other content is prohibited.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a developerOS account. You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your credentials secure — you're responsible for all activity that happens under your login. Each account is intended for use by a single individual; sharing credentials or maintaining multiple accounts to evade plan limits or bans is not allowed. If we suspect an account has been compromised, we may suspend it until ownership is verified.
You agree not to bypass usage limits, reverse engineer the platform, scrape practice questions or mock exams, or distribute answer keys. Abuse of the subscription models or billing systems will lead to account suspension.
All developerOS branding, platform code, question banks, course content, and product design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers that ownership to you. Content you create using our tools — such as resumes built in ResumeOS, portfolios, or saved projects — remains yours; you grant us only the limited license necessary to store, display, and process it so the product can function.
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. developerOS Pro is a monthly subscription listed at ₹999 per month; a launch coupon shown at checkout can lower that price, and the price you agree to at checkout is what each month of that subscription costs. If you are not satisfied with your first Pro payment, write to us within 3 days of it for a full refund. For courses and masterclasses, we offer a 100% refund within 7 calendar days of purchase, provided that you have watched or completed less than 20% of the course and no completion certificate has been issued. Pro renews automatically every month and is charged to the card or UPI mandate you approved at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your Billing settings: cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. Renewal payments are not refunded. Plans bought earlier as one-time passes keep their end date and do not renew. We may change plan prices going forward; a change never affects a month you have already paid for, and we will email active subscribers before a higher price applies to them.
You may close your account at any time from Settings → Privacy. Closing it signs you out everywhere, stops any Pro renewal, and the account can no longer be used; its data is kept but not shown to anyone. To have that data erased, email support@developeros.in and we will erase it within 30 days, except payment and invoice records we must keep by law. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms — including abusive platform use, billing fraud, or attempts to circumvent usage limits — with notice where practical. Termination does not entitle you to a refund beyond what's covered by our refund policy above.
developerOS is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard to keep the platform reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific career or exam outcome will result from using it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, developerOS and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of developerOS will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
We may revise these Terms as the platform evolves; we'll update the "Last Updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or in-product notice. Continued use of developerOS after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@developeros.in.
